- Narrative (about 250 words): The care connectivity challenge, your solution, and its impact.

- Technical overview: Platform features, integrations (e.g., EHR/telehealth), and security safeguards.
- Visuals: Screenshots, workflow diagrams, or product imagery.
- Supporting links: Case studies, testimonials, or press coverage.

Submission Guidelines
- Eligibility: Open to companies, startups, products, platforms, and individuals making an impact in healthcare technology.
- Requirements:
- 250-word narrative highlighting achievements and innovation.
- High-resolution logo and at least one image of the solution (product photo, screenshot, or device image).
- Customer/client identity must be included. If you wish to withhold this from public release, notify us in writing at the time of submission.
- Fees: A submission fee applies per category. See this award’s page for pricing.
- Evaluation: Judged on innovation, clinical impact, scalability, design, and contribution to healthcare technology.
- Multiple Submissions: You may enter more than one category.
- Award Timing: Winners announced within 60 days of final submission deadline.
