The 2027 HealthTechNode Patient-Centered Care Award recognizes technologies, platforms, services, and care models designed around patient needs, preferences, experiences, and outcomes. This award honors innovations that make healthcare more accessible, understandable, responsive, personalized, and supportive throughout the care journey.

Patient-centered care requires more than clinical quality alone. Communication, convenience, trust, navigation, shared decision-making, and respect for individual circumstances all shape how people experience healthcare and whether they can successfully engage with their care.

This award celebrates solutions demonstrating meaningful value for patients and care teams. Strong entries will show how the innovation improves access, communication, engagement, experience, adherence, coordination, or measurable health outcomes.

Eligibility

• Open to companies, startups, organizations, and teams operating in health technology worldwide
• Entries should highlight work developed, released, updated, expanded, or significantly advanced during 2027
• Submissions should include supporting evidence that clearly demonstrates the innovation’s value and impact
