Eligibility
- Open to executives at companies, health systems, and organizations operating in health technology worldwide.
- Entries must highlight leadership achievements launched, completed, or measurably impacting the market in 2025.
- Nominee must have held a senior leadership role for the majority of 2025.
What to Submit
- Narrative (about 250 words): Leadership challenge, strategic approach, execution, and outcomes.
- Impact evidence: Metrics such as revenue/ARR growth, customer adoption, clinical or operational outcomes, DEI initiatives, or market reach.
- Executive profile: Bio, current role, team size, and key responsibilities.
- Endorsements: Board letters, partner/provider testimonials, or employee feedback (optional but encouraged).
- Supporting links: Press, talks, publications, major partnerships, or case studies.
Judging Criteria
- Vision & Strategy: Clarity of direction, prioritization, and category leadership.
- Execution & Results: Measurable outcomes across growth, outcomes, operations, or market impact.
- Innovation & Influence: Advancing the state of the art and shaping industry dialogue.
- Culture & Governance: Ethical leadership, team health, compliance, and stakeholder trust.

Submission Guidelines
- Eligibility: Open to companies, startups, products, platforms, and individuals making an impact in healthcare technology.
- Requirements:
- 250-word narrative highlighting achievements and innovation.
- High-resolution logo and at least one image of the solution (product photo, screenshot, or device image).
- Customer/client identity must be included. If you wish to withhold this from public release, notify us in writing at the time of submission.
- Fees: A submission fee applies per category. See this award’s page for pricing.
- Evaluation: Judged on innovation, clinical impact, scalability, design, and contribution to healthcare technology.
- Multiple Submissions: You may enter more than one category.
- Award Timing: Winners announced within 60 days of final submission deadline.
