2026 Diagnostics & Early Detection Innovation Award

Earlier Detection for Clearer Answers and Better Outcomes.

2026 Diagnostics & Early Detection Innovation Award badge

The 2026 Diagnostics & Early Detection Innovation Award recognizes technologies, platforms, devices, and solutions improving how health conditions are screened, detected, diagnosed, and understood. This category honors innovations that help identify risks and diseases sooner, deliver clearer clinical insights, and support more timely, informed care decisions.

From diagnostic devices and laboratory technologies to medical imaging, biomarkers, artificial intelligence, at-home testing, and continuous monitoring, this award celebrates solutions helping healthcare teams and patients move from uncertainty to meaningful answers.

Who Should Apply

  • Companies developing diagnostic devices, testing systems, or laboratory technologies
  • Organizations advancing medical imaging, digital pathology, or image analysis
  • Innovators creating point-of-care, at-home, or remote diagnostic solutions
  • Teams developing screening tools, biomarkers, molecular diagnostics, or genomic testing
  • Companies using artificial intelligence or clinical decision support to improve detection or diagnosis
  • Organizations building wearable, sensor-based, or continuous monitoring technologies that identify health risks or changes
  • Health technology companies improving diagnostic speed, accuracy, accessibility, or clinical workflow

Why This Award Matters

Earlier and more accurate detection can change the course of care. When health conditions are identified sooner, patients and clinicians may have more options, more time, and better information for deciding what comes next.

Innovation across diagnostics is also expanding where and how detection happens. Testing and screening are increasingly moving beyond traditional laboratories and clinical settings through portable devices, connected technologies, artificial intelligence, remote monitoring, and patient-accessible tools. This award recognizes the organizations turning those advances into practical solutions that support better decisions and better outcomes.
