Who is eligible to participate?
The awards are open to all products, companies, organizations, and individuals involved in developing or delivering healthcare technology solutions. Nominations must feature innovations that were produced, released, updated, or announced in the applicable calendar year for the award.
How do I apply for an award?
To apply, visit our submission page, select the relevant category, and provide a 250-word description of your solution, along with a high-resolution logo and at least one image of the product, platform, or service. A short demo video link is encouraged but optional. Please review the submission guidelines for detailed requirements.
Can I submit to more than one category?
Yes. Entrants are encouraged to submit to more than one category when applicable, showcasing their innovations across multiple areas of healthcare technology.
Is there a submission fee?
Yes. The submission fee varies based on the deadline tier. It is charged at the time of submission and covers only award consideration. Paying the fee does not guarantee a win.
When will the awards be announced?
Most awards will be announced within 60 days of the final submission deadline. Winners will be notified in advance and announced on our website.
What do winners receive?
Winners enjoy multiple benefits, including a feature on the HealthTechNode Winners Page, a year-long profile, permission to use award logos and badges, and inclusion in press and promotional activities.
How are the awards judged?
A panel of industry experts evaluates entries based on criteria such as innovation, clinical impact, scalability, design, and contribution to advancing healthcare technology.
What is the Overall Winner category?
The Overall Winner is selected only as part of our annual Best of HealthTech Awards. This honor is chosen from among the winning entrants in each category and represents the pinnacle of excellence in healthcare technology for that year.
Are there additional awards?
Yes. HealthTechNode offers multiple awards throughout the year, recognizing achievements in various areas of health tech innovation.
Is my submission information confidential?
Customer or client identity must be included in your submission. However, at your written request, company names may be excluded from the public feature article and press release announcing winners. All confidentiality requests must be made in writing at the time of submission.
