1. Award Submissions & Refunds

All payments made for award submissions through HealthTechNode’s platform are non-refundable. Payment is for the sole purpose of consideration for the specified award category and does not guarantee selection as a winner.

2. Evaluation Process

All award submissions are evaluated impartially according to predefined criteria, including innovation, clinical impact, scalability, design, and contribution to the healthcare technology industry.

3. Publicity & Confidentiality

By submitting an award application, you grant HealthTechNode the right to use your company name, logo, and related materials in presentations, marketing, customer lists, press releases, and our website.

If you wish to exclude your company name and/or logo from public features, you must notify us in writing at the time of submission by emailing awards@healthtechnode.com.

4. Accounts

If you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by HealthTechNode. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You should review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Service immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions that, by nature, should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within Davis County, Utah.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at our sole discretion. If changes are material, we will provide notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
