Award Categories

Discover our diverse award categories, which recognize companies, startups, products, platforms, and individuals driving innovation in healthcare technology. Categories span digital health, AI in healthcare, medical devices, patient engagement, data analytics, and more.

Application Fee

A submission fee applies for each award category, varying based on the submission deadline. Please refer to the specific award category page for details on applicable fees.

Payment Process

The submission fee will be charged at the time of submission. This fee is for consideration of the award only and does not guarantee a win. Refunds will not be issued.

Award Timing

Awards will not be given immediately upon submission. Most winners will be announced within 60 days after the respective award submission deadline. Winners will be notified in advance and will receive digital award assets for marketing and promotion.

Consideration Assurance

While the submission fee ensures consideration for the award applied for, winning is not guaranteed. Our evaluation process prioritizes innovation, clinical impact, scalability, design, and overall contribution to advancing healthcare technology.

Submission Requirements

• A concise 250-word narrative explaining why you should win the award, highlighting key achievements, innovations, and contributions to healthcare technology.
• A high-resolution (300 dpi, transparent) company logo.
• At least one high-quality visual representation of your solution, such as product photos, screenshots, or device images, is required.
• Optional: A short demo video link showcasing your innovation in action.

Customer/Client Identity:

Customer or client identity must be included in your submission. However, at your written request, company names may be excluded from the feature article and press release announcing winners. All confidentiality requests must be made in writing at the time of submission.

Multiple Opportunities

Entrants are encouraged to submit to more than one category if applicable. For example, an innovation may be eligible for recognition in both the AI in Healthcare and Patient Experience categories.
