Eligibility

- Entries must highlight solutions developed, released, updated, or announced in the applicable calendar year
- Submissions should demonstrate measurable improvements in patient experience, access, engagement, or care quality
What to Submit
- Narrative: Explain the patient experience challenge, your solution, and the impact it is designed to create
- Impact evidence: Share outcomes related to access, engagement, satisfaction, communication, adherence, or care coordination
- Technical overview: Outline the platform, workflow, integrations, delivery model, or support features behind the solution
- Visuals: Include screenshots, workflows, interfaces, diagrams, or supporting visuals when available
- Supporting links: Add case studies, testimonials, research, implementation results, or press coverage when available
Judging Criteria
- Impact: Measurable improvements in patient experience, access, engagement, or care quality
- Innovation: Strength and originality of the approach to patient-centered care
- Adoption: Real-world use across patients, providers, care teams, or health systems
- Practical value: Ability to address meaningful patient needs in real healthcare settings

Submission Guidelines
- Eligibility: Open to companies, startups, products, platforms, and individuals making an impact in healthcare technology.
- Requirements:
- 250-word narrative highlighting achievements and innovation.
- High-resolution logo and at least one image of the solution (product photo, screenshot, or device image).
- Customer/client identity must be included. If you wish to withhold this from public release, notify us in writing at the time of submission.
- Fees: A submission fee applies per category. See this award’s page for pricing.
- Evaluation: Judged on innovation, clinical impact, scalability, design, and contribution to healthcare technology.
- Multiple Submissions: You may enter more than one category.
- Award Timing: Winners announced within 60 days of final submission deadline.
