2026 Pioneering Medical Device Award Winner: QuantalX Neuroscience

QuantalXEngineering breakthroughs that save lives.

HealthTechNode is proud to announce that QuantalX Neuroscience has been selected as the winner of the 2026 Pioneering Medical Device Award, recognizing its Delphi-MD™ platform for introducing a new approach to direct functional brain assessment in clinical care. QuantalX stood out for moving neurological evaluation beyond indirect structural observation and toward objective, repeatable measurement of brain network function. By combining transcranial magnetic stimulation, electroencephalography, and advanced algorithmic analysis in a clinically accessible system, Delphi-MD™ gives providers a new way to assess brain function in real time and support more informed care decisions across complex neurological settings.
“QuantalX Neuroscience earned this recognition for introducing a first-of-its-kind approach to functional brain assessment in clinical care. Delphi-MD™ stood out not only for its technical sophistication, but for the way it helps move neurological evaluation beyond indirect observation and toward objective, repeatable measurement of brain network function. That combination of innovation, regulatory progress, and clinical relevance made QuantalX a clear standout.” Jordan Hayes HealthTechNode Awards Coordinator

Pioneering Medical Device Award

Redefining Care Through Cutting-Edge Medical Technology.

Winner: QuantalX Neuroscience

QuantalX Neuroscience is helping redefine how brain health can be assessed in routine clinical settings. Its Delphi-MD™ platform is designed to directly measure brain network function through a non-invasive combination of transcranial magnetic stimulation, electroencephalography, and advanced algorithmic analysis. Rather than relying only on structural imaging, cognitive testing, or subjective clinical interpretation, the system gives clinicians objective, quantitative insight into how the brain is functioning in real time. What made Delphi-MD™ especially compelling was its role in introducing a new category of clinically accessible neurofunctional assessment. The platform stimulates targeted brain networks, records electrophysiological response signatures, and compares those results against an age-correlated normative database to generate standardized, repeatable reports. That approach helps support earlier detection of abnormalities, longitudinal monitoring of functional change, and more informed decision-making across neurological care. The entry also demonstrated meaningful momentum and credibility. QuantalX highlighted major milestones including FDA De Novo classification, Breakthrough Device Designation, U.S. commercialization, and a dedicated CPT reimbursement code supporting integration into clinical workflows. Together, those achievements helped show that Delphi-MD™ is not only a bold technical innovation, but a device platform with real potential to make advanced functional brain assessment more practical and scalable in everyday care.
