The strongest entries will demonstrate a clear understanding of provider workflows and show how the solution created practical, measurable value during 2026.

Who Should Apply?

This category is open to companies, organizations, and teams developing or implementing technology for healthcare providers and care teams. Eligible entrants may include:

  • Healthcare software and clinical workflow companies
  • Digital health and virtual care providers
  • Artificial intelligence and automation companies
  • Hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and provider organizations
  • Workforce management and healthcare operations companies
  • Clinical communication and care coordination platforms
  • Medical device and diagnostic technology companies
  • Startups, established companies, research institutions, and industry partnerships

Organizations may enter directly or be submitted by an authorized representative, agency, communications partner, customer, or member of the provider or implementation team.

What Judges Will Look For

Entries will be evaluated based on the solution’s provider relevance, usability, execution, evidence, and impact. Judges will consider:

  • Provider need: The importance of the clinical, operational, administrative, or workforce challenge being addressed
  • Workflow fit: How effectively the technology integrates into or improves the way providers work
  • Usability: The clarity, accessibility, efficiency, and practicality of the experience for clinicians and care teams
  • Innovation: The originality or significance of the technology, workflow, service model, or approach
  • Implementation: Evidence that the solution can be adopted and used effectively within real healthcare environments
  • Measurable impact: Credible evidence of improved efficiency, capacity, quality, safety, satisfaction, coordination, or patient care

Eligibility

  • Open to companies, organizations, programs, partnerships, and teams worldwide
  • The submitted solution must be designed for or meaningfully support clinicians, care teams, administrators, or provider organizations
  • The technology may support clinical, operational, administrative, financial, communication, or workforce functions
  • The work must have been developed, launched, implemented, expanded, updated, or significantly advanced during the 2026 calendar year
  • Solutions at different stages of maturity may enter when meaningful development, validation, adoption, or implementation can be demonstrated
  • Supporting claims and results should be accurate and attributable to the submitted solution

What to Include in Your Entry

Entrants should clearly explain the provider challenge, how the technology fits into real workflows, and the value delivered during 2026. Submissions should include:

  • An overview of the solution and the providers, care teams, or organizations it supports
  • The clinical, operational, administrative, or workforce problem it addresses
  • A description of the technology, workflow, service, or implementation
  • An explanation of how the solution fits into existing provider environments or processes
  • Information about usability, interoperability, privacy, security, safety, or compliance where relevant
  • Important development, launch, implementation, partnership, or adoption milestones from 2026
  • Measurable results demonstrating improved efficiency, quality, capacity, coordination, satisfaction, or patient care
  • Supporting links, demonstrations, reports, research, case studies, or customer examples
