- Narrative: Explain the mental health challenge, your solution, and its impact
- Impact evidence: Share outcomes such as reduced wait times, increased engagement, improved wellbeing, or reduced crisis events
- Technical overview: Outline platform features, integrations, AI or machine learning methods, or delivery models
- Visuals: Include screenshots, app workflows, or system diagrams when available
- Supporting links: Add case studies, research findings, or press coverage when available

- Impact: Measurable improvements in access, engagement, or wellbeing
- Innovation: Novel approaches to digital mental health care
- Adoption: Demonstrated use across patient populations, providers, or communities
- Accessibility: Addressing stigma, affordability, or barriers to care

Submission Guidelines
- Eligibility: Open to companies, startups, products, platforms, and individuals making an impact in healthcare technology.
- Requirements:
- 250-word narrative highlighting achievements and innovation.
- High-resolution logo and at least one image of the solution (product photo, screenshot, or device image).
- Customer/client identity must be included. If you wish to withhold this from public release, notify us in writing at the time of submission.
- Fees: A submission fee applies per category. See this award’s page for pricing.
- Evaluation: Judged on innovation, clinical impact, scalability, design, and contribution to healthcare technology.
- Multiple Submissions: You may enter more than one category.
- Award Timing: Winners announced within 60 days of final submission deadline.
