Why KindredMind was selected

The Chronic Care Innovation Award recognizes solutions that improve life for people managing long-term conditions through smarter, more sustainable care. In reviewing this year’s submissions, HealthTechNode looked for technologies that strengthen continuity, reduce burden, support caregivers, and create more practical long-term care pathways.

KindredMind met that standard by addressing one of dementia care’s most painful and persistent patterns: repetitive calling driven by anxiety and the inability to retain reassurance after a previous conversation. Rather than blocking, silencing, or redirecting those calls, the platform answers in the family caregiver’s own voice, providing familiar support at the moment it is being sought.
