Atropos Health’s evidence library was selected for expanding how pharmaceutical organizations, researchers, clinicians, and healthcare partners can access and apply precision real-world evidence. Alexandria contains evidence from real-world patient data, helping users explore questions that existing medical literature or traditional clinical trials may not adequately address.
Alexandria works alongside the Atropos Evidence Agent and the company’s broader evidence-generation infrastructure to bring precision evidence into existing life sciences and healthcare workflows. Rather than requiring organizations to begin every research question with a lengthy data-acquisition and analysis process, the platform provides access to a growing body of standardized observational findings while supporting the generation of new studies when additional evidence is needed.
What made the submission especially compelling was the combination of scale, methodological rigor, and practical impact. Atropos Health reported that Alexandria had grown to more than 500 million precision evidence-based findings and is expected to hit more than 2 billion findings by the end of 2026. Its broader evidence infrastructure is supported by more than 300 million de-identified patient records and has been used to run more than 10,000 studies for customers.
The submission also demonstrated meaningful value across pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. Supporting materials reported 134 deliverables and analyses across 42 life-sciences projects in immunology, oncology, neuroscience, and cardiovascular research. Project turnaround fell to under three weeks, with individual studies produced in under 48 hours. Atropos Health also reported delivering more than $100 million in customer value across expedited analytics, improved use of real-world data assets, medication savings, patient throughput, and care-management programs.
Atropos Health’s underlying cohort-search technology, statistical methods, and clinical applications have been documented through peer-reviewed research. Alexandria builds on that foundation with a structured evidence-review process designed to evaluate data fitness, methodological quality, and clinical relevance before using findings in downstream workflows.

Runner-Up
Incannex Healthcare was recognized as runner-up for the 2026 PharmaTech & Clinical Trials Innovation Award. Incannex stood out for IHL-42X, its investigational oral fixed-dose combination therapy for obstructive sleep apnea.
IHL-42X addresses a significant unmet need in sleep medicine. Continuous positive airway pressure remains the standard treatment for obstructive sleep apnea, but adherence challenges can leave patients untreated or inadequately treated. No approved oral pharmaceutical therapies currently exist for this condition.
Incannex’s Phase 2 RePOSA trial enrolled 121 adults with moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea and reported statistically and clinically meaningful improvements across several sleep and quality-of-life measures. The program has received FDA Fast Track Designation, and Incannex is advancing the DReAMzz dose-optimization study to support the design of a planned Phase 3 program.
The combination of a substantial unmet need, controlled clinical evidence, and a potentially first-in-class oral treatment approach made IHL-42X an exceptional runner-up.
