Lyra Health Wins the 2026 Connected Care in HealthTech Award
HealthTechNode recognizes Lyra Health for its Center of Excellence for Pediatric & Young Adult Mental Health.
Salt Lake City, July 15, 2026, HealthTechNode has named Lyra Health the winner of the 2026 Connected Care in HealthTech Award, recognizing its Center of Excellence for Pediatric & Young Adult Mental Health and its connected approach to supporting children, teens, young adults, caregivers, and families across a more coordinated mental health journey.
Lyra Health earned this recognition for addressing one of the most difficult gaps in connected care: what happens when a young person’s mental health needs become more complex and families are left to coordinate care on their own. By bringing together specialized pediatric care, parent and family support, medication management, crisis navigation, school advocacy guidance, and coordinated pathways, Lyra creates a more connected model for youth mental health care across ages 1 to 25.
The winning entry stood out for replacing fragmentation with a guided care continuum. Lyra’s model is designed to help families move from early support to urgent care, intensive treatment, care management, school coordination, and step-down services without having to navigate disconnected systems alone.
“Lyra Health stood out for building a connected care model that directly addresses the fragmentation families face when youth mental health needs escalate. The Center of Excellence connects patients, caregivers, clinicians, care managers, schools, urgent care, intensive care, and step-down services into a guided continuum that supports the whole family, not just a single episode of care.”

Why Lyra Health was selected
The Connected Care in HealthTech Award recognizes solutions that improve how patients, providers, care teams, data, workflows, and support systems stay connected across the care journey. In reviewing this year’s submissions, HealthTechNode looked for technologies that reduce fragmentation, improve coordination, support timely intervention, and create more seamless care experiences for patients, families, and care teams.
Lyra Health met that standard with a family-centered model built for pediatric and young adult mental health needs. The Center of Excellence supports children, teens, young adults, parents, caregivers, and families through a continuum that includes outpatient therapy, parent coaching, family and couples therapy, medication management, 24/7 crisis support, inpatient facility coordination, care navigation, and higher-acuity pathways.
The entry was especially compelling because of its focus on closed-loop care. When needs escalate, Lyra’s model is designed to help families identify the right level of support and stay connected as care needs change. Behavioral Care Managers are designed to help coordinate transitions, school support, administrative needs, and handoffs across higher-acuity care journeys, reducing the burden on caregivers and helping prevent care from stalling during step-up or step-down moments.
Technology supports the model through Lyra Empower, Lyra’s integrated platform for members, providers, and HR leaders. The platform supports secure digital access, guided care navigation, provider matching, virtual care delivery, measurement-based care, and coordinated care workflows. Together, the clinical model and technology platform create a more connected care experience for families navigating complex pediatric and young adult mental health needs.
HealthTechNode also recognized Pearl as runner-up for the 2026 Connected Care in HealthTech Award. Pearl stood out for its connected dental intelligence platform, which links diagnostic insight, patient communication, clinical documentation, insurance workflows, claims support, and practice performance into a more unified dental care experience.
